Choc-Banoffee Pie...

Udah lama teringin nak buat pie nih since baca review akan kesedapannya kat blog Along Roz... Since dah berjaya buat d'leceh boleh ler cuba... Taraaa nih ler hasilnya choc-banoffee pie ahkak...

Satu slice ni je ahkak makan... Memang sedap... Tapi omang aiii... manis ya amat... :) The taste is too rich...

The baked crust... Ahkak pakai choc. biskut marie...

Add mixture of dark choc + d'leceh filling...

Mentang2 stok d'leceh banyak... Gatal pi drizzle d'leceh on top of the choc filling...

Then topped with banana slices... Ahkak pakai pisang berangan... Sungguh unik combination of choc & banana... Luckily ahkak taruk banyak banana slices tuh... Sampai meleleh ke bumi choc filling... Melapis tak hingatnya pasal... :)

Add fresh cream on top...

Sprinkle cocoa powder then chill dalam peti ais b4 di ngap... Kalau tak sabar2 sembelih je terus... hahaha...
