My fav cookies for 2011... Sangat susah nak stop once dah makan biskut nih... For ahkak ler kan... Lain orang lain citarasa... Ahkak ni memang antu coklat and biskut ni memang terasa coklatnya and melt in your mouth... Too bad biskut ni dah habis... Kalau tak dan2 ni jugak ngap masuk mulut... Harus ahkak buat lagi biskut nih...

Jejari Oat...

Dah raya baru nak update sekut raya... Well, as the saying goes better late than never... Untuk kenang-kenangan... :) Ni ler 1st biskut raya yang ahkak buat for 2011...

1st time wat sekut nih... Last year cadangnya nak buat tapi nan-ado... Angan2 tak kesampaian... Alhamdulillah tahun nih berjaya gak buat... Ahkak guna resepi jejari oats hellikonia... For resepi google ler ya... U all akan jumpa dua resepi satu with ghee (hellikonia) and another one without ghee... Pilih ler yang mana satu idaman kalbu... Next time if buat ahkak buat 1/2 adunan je... 1 adunan dapat banyak... Jenuh nak menghabiskan... Then ahkak akan add more cocoa powder cause the current amount tak terasa sangat coklatnya and color pun light2 je...

See light je kaler coklat dia... More chocolatey sure lagi umpphhh... Well... for ahkak yang antu coklat ni ler...

Tup2 ahkak dah balik Bangi jadi rebutan ler plaks... Sorang tak puas hati sebab dapat makan sket je... Sorang plak suruh ahkak buat lagi... Hahaha... Macam2...
