Tetiba tekak ni teringin nak makan shepherd's pie... What do u do if you're craving for something that u don't know how to make? Penyelesaiannya... Tanya pakcik gugel... Just to get the basic idea... Then, belasah je... lol

Here's my version of shepherd's pie... Ikut resepi suka hati ahkak... Main campak2 je...

Baking With Icha...

Kawan ahkak Icha turun dari Kulim to BBB lagi... Awal2 dah booking my time... So, ahkak memang dah allocate the whole day for her... Seronok baking ngan kawan lama nih... Talking non-stop... Ada je cite...

Red velvet cake... Tak sanggup nak taruk red coloring banyak sangat... So, the cake color look more maroon than red...

Meriah je kaler wording tu kan? Kebetulan sama plak ngan kaler tudung mak cik masa amek kek nih... hehehe...

Tart Nenas Tertunggak...

Akhirnya berjaya gak ahkak menyiapkan 2 containers (50 pieces each) tart nenas yang dah lama tertunggak ni.. 1 for GJ and another one for Niza... GJ order last year... Niza order b4 chinese new year... Banyak kali dah dorang hint2... Tapi ahkak wat donno je... Sebab tak de mood... Buat tart nenas ni kena ada mood... Kalau tak de mood tengok acuan tart nenas tu pun meluat tau... lol...

On wednesday... GJ: "Kakak Ita mana pineapple tart?"... Kesian plak ahkak... Balik je keje terus buat... Alang2 rajin buat untuk Niza sekali... Settle tart nenas tertunggak... Alhamdulillah...

Choc Moist Cake...

Hari ni buat fav. cake my bro pulak... Menternak lemak ler orang RCB... hari2 makan kek... Ala bukan selalu... shekali shekala apa salahnya... :)

Licin je topping... Akak curah ganache... Pas tu kasi gegarrrrr....

Buttery Orange Cake...

Requested by my mom... Her favourite cake... Kalau kat BBB senang ler nak bake... Most of the ingredients & perkakas baking memang ada stok... Kalau tak de pun leh lari seberang jalan beli kat Yummie...

Ni kat kg. sume bahan tak de... Loyang tak de... Timbang tak de... Sebab sume ahkak dah kidnap ke BBB... Kene ler lari MT beli lain... Alhamdulillah, menjadi jugak buttery orange ahkak... Lega dapat tunaikan hasrat omak nak makan kek oren... Ahkak buat ikut resepi nih... Gula ahkak taruk 220g... Yang lain follow original resepi...

Wholemeal Bread...

Ahkak time rajin macam2 nak buat/bake/eksperimen... Tapi kalau angin malas melanda oben sebelah mata pun tak tengok... Hahaha...

Sambil buat kek gula hangus Ica... Ahkak meroti... Kali ni buat wholemeal bread... Add in kismis... kuaci... mixed fruits... The taste not bad... Yang pasti... healthy :)

Kek Gula Hangus @ Sarang Tebuan...

Ica one of my regular customer tanya ahkak buat tak kek gula hangus... dia nak order... Ngan kondifennya ahkak kasi green light... Padahal idak pernah pun buat kek gula hangus b4 nih... Well... there is always a 1st time for everything... Tak cuba tak tau kan?

After bake tak kondifen plak kek gula hangus tu jadi ke idak... Ntah apa rasanya... Sedap ke idak... Xcited nak tengok cam no rupa sarang eh... Hmmm.... ahkak ngap ler dulu... Ica punya buat lain... :)
