Apo nak dibuek ngan stok egg white? Macaron? Naaa... Too complicated for me... Goreng? Naaa... Last2 ahkak transformed jadi biscotti... No butter... No egg yolk... So boleh ngap dengan tanpa rasa bersalah... :)
Lenkali nak try resepi yang taruk egg yolk ngan butter plak... Sebab yang ni too healthy for me... Kurang lemak... Hahaha...

Yang ni ahkak direct cut after dah sejuk without masukkan dalam peti ais... Tak sabar punya pasal...
Elok je pun after 2nd baked... The only different is if you cut without freezing the biscotti senang pecah sebab dia rapuh... So payah sket ler nak cut nipis2...
Yang ni baked the next day after dah simpan dalam fridge... Boleh potong nipis compared to before... Tastewise sama je...
