XSGurl Iftar 2011...

We used to work in the same office... Tapi now masing2 dah moved on to another job/company, handling own business, suri rumah tangga with gaji + elaun :) Masing2 sibuk nak jumpa setahun sekali pun susah... Alhamdulillah, this year we managed to iftar together... Last minute preparation... dengan izin Allah semua boleh join kecuali sorang yang katanya berlumut kat Lumut tu... Tak pe Zuk... next time kay... InsyaAllah...

Since potluck each one of us kene bawak 1 lauk & 1 dessert... After survey... sorang nak kek coklat... sorang nak cheese cake... tart... gratin... sorang plak nak cake yang tak de cheese... Tak ke poning ahkak...

Last2... Ni ler hasil air tangan ahkak... Lasagna & choc moist cake...

Lasagna tinggal ciput baru teringat nak snap pic... Janji ado...

Beef Lasagna...

Tim order 2 containers of beef lasagna jugak... Dah lama tak buat lasagna... Nasib baik skill buat lasagna ada lagi... Tapi ingat2 lupa esp. the white sauce and the layering process... Tak pe pak cik 'gugel' kan ade :)

Ahkak buat xtra untuk bawak balik kg... Uih suka betul my 2nd nephew makan... Selera western si angah... :)

3rd layer... White sauce & mozarella cheese... The white sauce itself contained cheese... Tabur lagi cheese... Oh la la... Sape2 yang diet sila lari jauh2 ya... :)

Repeat the same layering process end with beef mixed... Then topped with mozarella cheese again...

Bake until kekuningan...

Baked this lasagna for a fren... Requested over a year ago... Long overdue... Promised her when she pregnant then only I bake her lasagna... Now into her 5th month... Kang ada plak kempunan nak makan lasagna... :)
