Last thursday... tiba2 tekak ni teringin nak makan cotton soft japanese cheesecake... Ingat nak buat malam tu lepas balik keje... tapi too tired... Terus tido... Tmr morning bangun2 terus teringat balik... Ahkak ni kalau dah teringin & xtra rajin... Tak kira masa... Pukul 5.30am pun jadi... lol

So, ni ler hasilnya... Alhamdulillah, kali ni cotton soft japanese cheesecake ahkak tak transform jadi kuih bingka like my previous attempt...



Sedap dimakan begitu saje... Top with blueberry/strawberry pun ok... Not too cheesy & gebus... So tak cepat muak... I loike!!!
