My 2nd attempt at making macarons... The 1st attempt, hasilnya cam tak berapa memuaskan... This time around ahkak pakai swiss meringue technique follow recipe kat blog Rima. Alhamdulillah, the macaron texture better compare than the 1st time buat. But still not purfek... Kena cuba try test lagi... Not so soon... Have to balance my blood sugar level dulu before giving macaron another try... :)
