Glamer ek nama sekut nih? Tau pun sebab kawan citer sekut nih sedap... Pe lagi terus google cari resepi... Tunda punya tunda, akhirnya berjaya gak buat sekut nih... Ahkak buat separuh adunan & guna pan 11" x 11"...

Crunchy shortbread base, layered with strawberry jam and topped with meringue + almond flakes...

The base (b4 bake)... Ahkak tambah serbuk badam for the base...

After bake... Put a layer of your favourite jam... Ahkak taruk strawberry jam... Jangan taruk tebal2 kang manis sangat...

Topped with meringue + almond slices... Then bakar balik...

After bake... Biar sejuk sekejap then baru potong... Potong kene hati2 cause sekut nih rapuh & senang pecah...

Siap potong... Memang berbaloi buat sekut nih w/pun renyah tapi hasilnya yummy...
